File tree container height doesn't change after it was resized on Activity page

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open https://atlaseye.atlassian.com/browse/bamboo-git/bamboo-acceptance-test/testng-deployments2.xml
      2. Change the file tree browser component width
      3. Expand some folders in the same component - the content would go below the end of it and would render on the footer

      The issue found in 3.9.0, but seems like it's an old one.
