Steps to Replicate

1. Make sure JIRA FishEye/Stash Plugin is enabled on your JIRA instance.
2. The 'Code Committed' condition description should be change to mention that it is only for Fisheye commits to avoid confusing users in JIRA Cloud (the plugin is enabled automatically).

User who are not aware that the condition is only for Fisheye will think that it is for DVCS Connector commits
