RuntimeException when browsing files with spaces in filename with AJP

      Hi,

      We are affected by very close issue with spaces in file links constructed by FishEye, see screenshot attached. If we have a file like "something something som", trying to browse it from FishEye would cause RuntimeException.

      java.lang.RuntimeException - java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in path at index 35: /fisheye/browse/MVNTHPSVN/trunk/new file svn2.txt

      We are on FishEye+Crucible 3.8.0 running on Linux (CentOS 5.5) using original Atlassian bundle (Jetty I think).
