Webhook sends character encoding as "Content-Encoding"

      After triggering a webhook, FishEye sends "Content-Encoding " as "UTF-8" which is a Character-Encoding .

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a webhook.
      2. Test the webhook.
      3. View the Header output of the webhook.
