update user's "% Reviewed" value without requiring page reload.

      Fisheye has enough dynamic HTML (or whatever technology) built into its pages that I find it mildly aggravating that I have to reload the review page to see my correct "% Reviewed" number in the Details Table's "Role" column.
      Here's my experience:

      1. go to a review
      2. review all the files in the review
      3. go back to the details section to confirm I've reviewed all the files. (Yes, I see that no files are listed in boldface in the repo tree any more, but I like to make sure I'm not missing anything.)
      4. doh! I'm still at 0%. I know I spent the past 1/2 hour doing something....
      5. reload the page
      6. Now I'm at 100%
