Steps to reproduce:

1. Verify that "Maximum Indexable File Size" is set to 0.1 MB
2. Commit a file larger than 0.1 MB to an SVN repository
3. Verify that FishEye displays "file too large" message when trying to view source
4. Adjust "Maximum Indexable File Size" to 100.0 MB and Save Changes

5. Re-index the SVN repository.
6. Restart FishEye instance (optional not in documentation).
7. View file source in FishEye - only "Download File" option is availabe

Result: previously unviewable text file is still unviewable
After increase, new text files between 0.1 MB and 100 MB are viewable
