Release report shows duplicate JIRA assignees

If you look at the release report for jira-development-status 2.3.9, you will see that the "JIRA Assignees" field mentions some of the developers multiple times, with each link pointing to the same place, i.e. that developer's profile page. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.
