Browsing directories in FishEye might execute multiple db queries for user mappings

These are cached, but the cache is pretty inefficient and not very large by default (1000 entries).

For instances with a large number of committers this will execute n lookups where n is the total number of commiters for the browsed paths. Each lookup might take up to 3 sql queries for unmapped users.
