Git branch containing a + sign in its name is not properly indexed

A Git branch containing the character + in its name (e.g. test+sign) isn't properly indexed by FishEye.

When filtering by All branches and tags the new branch shows up in the Activity stream of the repository, but when filtering by this branch it is shown in the filter as containing a white space instead of the + sign, and shows no activity or files:
