Wrong error message when trying to add git repository without git binaries (Windows)

      Windows:
      "Test connection" for git repository when there is no git bin available in fisheye throws error message "Error testing connection. Error talking to repository: (...)". It is not very useful and does not help to pinpoint the cause.
