Adding Stash Repository Fails When Repository Name Exists With Different Case in FishEye

If you have a repository in FishEye, Repo for example, and you try to add the repo repository from Stash, the add fails with the error Repository 'repo' already exists. It affects FishEye version 3.6.2 and newer.

Actual Behaviour

When adding the repository, it fails with an error saying that the repository already exists.

Expected Behaviour

If the repository already exists, the user should be prompted to change the name of the repository.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a repository in FishEye called Repo.
2. Create a repository in Stash called repo.
3. Try to add the repository in FishEye from the Stash tab.
