Current solution for backing up fisheye using CLI requires the instance to be online which is quite problematic if the user need to customize a backup strategy (using rsync for example) and might cause data integrity problems.
It would be nice to have a possibility to shutdown fecru, do the backup (offline), and start the instance again.
