Automatically add Bitbucket Server repository into Fisheye

Currently, we can check the available Stash repositories in FishEye after configuring Application Link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Integrating+FishEye+with+Stash

However, we still need to manually add Stash repositories into FishEye

It would be better if there is an option to auto add Stash repositories into FishEye.
