When FishEye detects the user has more than 10 commiters for a repository, it shows a message in the top of the page, referencing a page with a resolution to this (see screenshot attached).

The shortened URL confluence.atlassian.com/x/3IIfD takes to a "Page not Found". It seems it needs to be adjusted to point to the document https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHKB/Git+or+Hg+Repository+exceeds+number+of+allowed+Committers which contains the resolution to this.
