Currently, if the customer already has a FISHEYE_INST set and choose "Default Install", FishEye creates a new data directory and overrides the existing environment variable.

The installer should be able to identify if a FISHEYE_INST is already being used and let it set as it is if using Default Install and, if using Custom Install, it should fill the "browse" field already with the current FISHEYE_INST directory.
