Description
Currently the page https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Customizing+the+front+page is not very clear about what it does.
1) It does not contain examples of what the user will see after setting the option, and it might appear that this is actually changing the Login page and not the Dashboard, so my first suggestion is to add examples by the end of the page.
2) It says You can customize the welcome message and the support contact information for your organization that users see when they first log in. For me it seems they will see the message after logging in, but actually the message is showed in the Dashboard only if the user is not logged in.
3) As per my first point, some users come to this page expecting to change the Login page. Maybe a yellow block can be included in this page saying that "If users are intended to customise the Login page, please take a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Customising+FishEye%27s+look+and+feel".
