Smart Commits: Allow commit messages with multiple lines

Premises:

• Windows environment, everything running on the same server
• FishEye 3.4.0
• JIRA 6.2.3
• Application Link fully functional using OAuth
• Smart commits working (e.g., to log work in the JIRA issue)
• Hg repository
• TortoiseHg Workbench as GUI tool

Currently only smart commit comments typed in a single line work. If this commit message is typed in TortoiseHg Workbench:

FECRU-1: #time 5h #comment Committing again using a commit message with
multiple lines to check if
it works correctly in JIRA side.

The time specified is logged, but only the first line of the comment is added to the Comments tab of the JIRA issue:

Comments should support multiple lines.
