I noticed that when Fisheye sees new commits, and displays them, the notification mails are not sent out at the same time.

Instead they seem to be sent out hours later.

For example:

atlassian-fisheye-2014-01-15.log:2014-01-15 23:48:56,168 INFO [FE-WatchChecker ] fisheye.mail Mailer-send - Sent: to=[...],from=["..." <fisheye@...>],subject=''[FishEye] ...:/ e0d0561 by ... <...> ...'

This commit "e0d0561" however was done, and reported in the activity stream, at 10:40am on that day.
