Low Description
The JIRA Fisheye plugin (JFP) doesn't appear to be URL encoding the # character correctly in links it displays with the "Source" tab of a JIRA issue.
For instance, the link that it is providing for an issue is:
https://FISHEYE/viewrep/repoA/trunk/C#/path/inside/repo/file.cs#r1111
Whereas the correct link should be more like:
https://FISHEYE/viewrep/repoA/trunk/C%23/path/inside/repo/file.cs#r1111
The link supplied in the "Source" tab results in the "Bad link" error in Fisheye.
