I have problem with svn repositories after upgrade FishEye from 2.3.6 to 3.1.3 version on OS Centos (64bit). I get error: Repository paused due to Repository paused due to error com.cenqua.fisheye.rep.RepositoryClientException: org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: Authorization failed svn: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://repo-kbp-test.globallogic.com/svn/projects/ABSP/trunk/server/web/reports/query-data-view.html' svn: OPTIONS of 'http://repo-kbp-test.globallogic.com/svn/projects/ABSP/trunk/server/web/reports/query-data-view.html': authorization failed (http://repo-kbp-test.globallogic.com)
But if i making new repository all working.
I already had made this actions:
      1. I had set in config: password-stores =
      2. reinstall other versions java-hl.
      Now used:
      subversion-1.7.13-1.x86_64
      subversion-javahl-1.7.13-1.x86_64
      mod_dav_svn-1.7.13-1.x86_64
      3. SVN client also working fine
We are not able to user SVNKit since we are using many svn repos on one servers.
And also i can open svn repository on web, but i don't see this file:
      http://repo-kbp-test.globallogic.com/svn/projects/ABSP/trunk/server/web/reports/query-data-view.html
