Allow the poll period for a repository to have a configurable global default

      Ensure all repo settings have a configurable global default (where possible). An example that would really help me on FAC is a global updater default, so I could set it to 0 for cvs repos and 10min for svn repos etc.

            Just to clarify: It will be possible to configure defaults once FishEye 3.0 has been released.

            i totaly aggree with issa, we have more than 300 SVN repos , a dafault value with 60 seconds for the updater is to small.
            the workaround, to change it for that much Fisheyeprojects by config.xml ist not a good solution.

            Yes indeed, we have like 518 SVN repositories here and the default updater interval is 60 secs which is too low for us.

            A workaround is to go modifying the config.xml file and adding the corresponding tag but this is hacking...

            Can we make sure the 'updater' for the poll time can be set by default.

            If you go to Repository Default you can not Set the Poll time. This makes it very difficult to update the time between Perforce Polls to NEVER if you want to use trigger based updating.
