Add wildcard to Quick Search or '=~' to EQL content search

      Quick Search does not perform substring search on the file content eg: searching for 'getDebug' in Quick Search will not get any result for the file with the content 'getDebugStatus'.
      Need wildcard for Quick Search eg: searching for 'getDebug*' will get result for the file with content 'getDebugStatus'.

      EQL content query does not support '=~' clause. Need '=~' to perform substring search on file content
