Fisheye indexing misses files on merge commit

If a merge is edited before being committed, the Files list in the log associated with the changeset only shows the manually edited files, not the full listing. All of the files merged in the changeset are visible using log --debug, but it appears that however it is that Fisheye is extracting only the shallow file list.
