Remove "- Committed" suffix on commit email sender names

All commit "watch" emails from FishEye use "UserName - Committed" as the sender name, as opposed to just "UserName". We would like to customize this or be able to remove it entirely, but according to Atlassian support this is currently hard-coded. It was requested that we file a feature request.
