Have a configurable size limit on SVN Diff

      Fisheye initial indexing seems to struggle while generating a large svn diff.
      There is a configurable filesize limit for indexing but this does not apply to diffs.
      It would help to have a configurable property to define a limit on the size of diffs generated during initial indexing.
