"Create crucible review" missing in "Source" tab in JIRA, if also using Stash integration

The "Create crucible review" feature is missing on the "Source" tab in JIRA, if this JIRA instance is also integrated with Stash.
The "create review for individual changeset" feature is still present and functioning as expected.
