Nowadays only commits containing references to JIRA issue keys are listed in JIRA's Source tab.

Many customers, when they start using FishEye integrated with JIRA, already have repositories with historic commits. These commits won't show up in JIRA' Source tab, as they don't contain a JIRA issue key in their commit messages. Only new commits from that time onwards mentioning JIRA issue keys will show up in JIRA's Source tab. It would be great if historic commits showed up in JIRA's source tab as well.

A suggestion to achieve this is to add a field next to each commit message in FishEye Activity Stream that allows to add the JIRA issue key.

The JIRA FishEye Plugin would need to be updated as well in order to search for these fields.
