FishEye user mapping not respected in JIRA's "FishEye latest changesets" dashboard gadget

I have a user whose username in JIRA/FishEye ("stefan") is different from his SVN committer name ("stefant").

Therefore, in FishEye I have created a mapping from his JIRA/FishEye username onto the SVN committer name and this mapping is correctly used within FishEye, i.e. the full/real name of the developer is shown.

In JIRA I have the "FishEye latest changesets" dashboard gadget enabled in the system dashboard.

Now, when the user "stefant" commits something then the commit is correctly shown in the latest changesets BUT the committer name is not mapped onto the JIRA/FishEye username, i.e. only "stefant" is shown and not the developer's full name.
