Improve LDAP configuration screen

We don't do anything to validate that the entered LDAP parameters are internally consistent. For example, a user can enter a user filter that does not select based on the UID. This will result in a non-working LDAP configuration. See referenced SAC ticket in first comment below.

We should be able to improve this.
