Improve Code Metrics Report to report Commit Time/Volume

Currently, the Code Metrics Report is only for a single week.

What management is looking to do is leverage this and extend to allow for aggregate or cumulative reports for this information. For example, Code Metrics from Date1 to Date2, or Month to Month, or Q1, Q2, etc.

Even better would be able to generate these dynamically instead of you providing us with the fixed interval of reporting.
