Resolving a user defined subtask from Crucible fails with "Error resolving subtask"

      The subtask can be created but attempting to "Resolve" the issue fails with the error message:

      "Error resolving subtask: <PROJ KEY>-<PROJ ISSUE NUMBER> is not a subtask"

      FYI, the subtask can be resolved from JIRA without issue.
