Add a REST method to update Repository URLs for Subversion

Some of our projects are renamed in Subversion, which causes the FishEye repositories to break. In order to script something that keeps the FishEye repository Subversion URLs up to date, we would need a REST method that allows updating a Repository's Subversion URL.

As a tactical solution, we could investigate scripting something that will modify the Subversion URL information stored in the FishEye database. Can someone provide guidance on this?
