This has been noticed on some OnDemand instances. The view issue page in JIRA is missing the Source and Reviews tab (Selection_666.png). The JIRA FishEye plugin is enabled and the user has the right permission (confirmed by the JIRA Permission Helper - Selection_663.png). George found that when this happens, JIRA FishEye plugin thinks that there are no application links configured (applinks-missing.png).

This happens to 3 of my test instances:

• zxu-184.jira-dev.com (clean-installed fireball-184)
• zxu-185.jira-dev.com (clean-installed fireball-185)
• upgrade.jira-dev.com (fireball-184 upgraded to fireball-185)

but it does not happen to these 2 instances:

• upgrade-gapps.jira-dev.com (fireball-184 upgraded to fireball-185)
• gfilippoff.jira-dev.com (clean-installed fireball-185)
