Avatar's Hover Error

Hi There.

A customer is reporting the following:

When hovering over a users avatar an error occurs when using IE8. We have verified that it works as expected using FF or Chrome. In IE9 I don't see the error, but the information never loads.

I was able to reproduce this behavior in FishEye/Crucible 2.8.1 using IE 8 and IE 9 - In Firefox it worked normally. I also tried on a FishEye/Crucible 2.7.15 but it worked correctly.
