    Description

      I would like the ability to exclude a repository or exclude a #pattern in Fisheye from the smart commits feature. Some developers include #comment in SVN comments which triggers a Fisheye smart commits error e-mail. Below is an example of the error.

      FishEye was unable to execute the transition "comment" on the issue JIRA-0001 because JIRA responded with the following error: No transitions for issue JIRA-0001 (Open) matched the command 'comment'
