Description
When "Force Lowercase Username" is enabled in FishEye, LDAP user with different case will be created in FishEye. Even though the uppercase users are shown as Deleted, it can still be used during create review: CRUC-6210
The uppercase users should be merged with the lowercase username when the setting "Force Lowercase Username" is enabled.
Workaround
Merge the user from the SQL script in this KB
