Add "Recent Activity" column back to the "People" tab.

      Apparently the older versions of Fisheye (2.3 and prior) had the "Recent Activity" column for all users under the "People" tab.
      This was removed later due to performance reasons, as part of this improvement.

      It would be good to have this feature back into the application.
