'Download archive' (aka tarball): name of zip is truncated to 20 characters

When using 'Download archive' to create a zip (tarball), the name of the resulting zip file is truncated to 20 characters.

The name of the directory that's being zipped can contain useful information like a version.
This information is lost if the name is longer than 20 chars.
