Commit graph does not link to JIRA issue if the key is surrounded by [ ]

We have a stand-alone installation of FishEye (v2.7.13), and I've just noticed that on the Commit Graph, JIRA issue keys that are surrounded by [] characters do not get linked properly.

For example, some of our SVN commit logs might look like:

[TAG-576] Added great new feature

Then, looking at the corresponding commit in the FishEye Commit Graph, the issue is not liked to JIRA.

All other keys that are not surrounded by [] are picked up fine.

Also, The [] surrounded keys are picked up fine on other pages in FishEye, and are picked up in all pages on JIRA too.
