Investigate why LoC is negative for some repositories (was: Upgrade LoC variable from an INT to a LONG)

      The value for the LoC variable is currently stored in an INT which has a maximum positive value of 2,147,483,647 (or 2^31). A user surpassed this value and their LoC now shows a negative number. Please upgrade this variable's data type to a LONG.
