Change and Pie Charts Are Not Available

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Source > Repo > Reports.
      2. Choose Line as Chart Type.
      3. Choose a "Date Range" (i.e 2012-04-01 - 2012-04-30).
      4. Hit "Apply".

      That will generate a graph but the Pie and Change options are disabled (and the Date Range information entered is removed).

      All filters also fail to modify graph data.

      Workaround: Hack the URL directly:

      http://<Fisheye_Base_URL>/chart/~charttype=<Chart Type Goes Here>,stacktype=None/<Repository Name Goes Here>
