Document how the REST API "expand" parameter can be used

    Description

      For the following API:

      http://localhost:8060/rest-service-fe/changeset-v1/listChangesets/

      In our Doc, we don't explain how the "expand" parameter should be defined. If this parameter is not defined, the API always return "empty" results.

      JIRA uses:

      http://localhost:8060/rest-service-fe/changeset-v1/listChangesets/?expand=changesets[-21:-1].revisions[0:29]&comment=XXXX-1&p4JobFixed=XXXX-1&rep=My_Repo
