Associating Groups with Repos doc need updating

Associating a Group with a Repository is out of date.

The admin section looks different now, and you set access for repos by going to

Administration > Repositories > click your repo > Permissions

and you can configure default permissions, via

Administration > Defaults > Permissions tab
