    Description

Currently, Fisheye supports creating git repositories (hosting) http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/aYFPDw with username/password authentication

As like other VCS Hosting tools, Fisheye should support SSH Public Key Authentication too.

User preferences should get a field to set up the public key(s) which is used for Authentication.
This will work with crowd integration and allows users "if they want to" using ssh keys instead of username / password.
This will fix the hassle described in http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/tQBtDw
