Hi, recently we make a mistake in crowd where we had fisheye-users fully populated and running from a delegated auth directory and we imported new users into that from Active Directory. The mistake was that we checked the overwrite feature in the user import. What this did was to leave fisheye-users empty. We fixed this in about 10 mins. During that time fisheye decided to rename all of the users that had been moved out of fisheye-users as username_old1. Then when it saw the users in fisheye-users group again, it created new users.

It might be best if Fisheye/crucible would only move users in/out of groups and never rename them.
