SVN repository, change Start Revision, Save

A restart required
A configuration change was made which requires a restart of the repository.

Notifications in the upper right corner:

• Updated repository "foo"
• Repository foo successfully started a restart
• Repository "foo" is being reindexed

Despite the last message, the repo is not reindexed.

To compare, I also changed the Start Revision of a p4 repo.
Now the correct message was shown that a reindex was needed.
