Content Indexing: Add an option to only index trunk, not root and trunk

In OnDemand, customers cannot edit their symbolic rules, so often they are set up wrong - we end up content indexing their old_branches directory etc.

We want to be able to only index trunk, not trunk and root. This should be a FishEyeSysProps option that has to be enabled.
