Per user LoC figures are meaningless when the 'All' button is selected

There's no sensible way of aggregating LoC figures across branches and tags.

At present we show the figures for trunk, but that is confusing, as you can see a user who you know is very active on a branch with a low LoC.

Instead we will not display LoC figures when the 'All' button is selected.
