Changesets with large number of revisions can exhaust heap

If a changeset has a very large number of revisions, the Lucense document built for the changeset will have a very large array of NumericFields for the revids of those revisions. This is likely to cause heap exhaustion.

Either such changesets will need to be indexed differently (perhaps split into multiple documents) or not at all.
