SASL support with bundled svnkit in 2.7.x

      Bundled svnkit-1.3.3.6708.jar does not seem to support SASL in 2.7.x
      The jar contains the related SASL files, though it is failing with this error when trying to add a repository:

      Unable to get info for the repository root for devsvn
svn: SASL(-13): authentication failure: Password verification failed
Unable to get Repository Root URL for <SVN URL>
Exception getting FishEye access control
svn: SASL(-13): authentication failure: Password verification failed
Error testing connection.
svn: SASL(-13): authentication failure: Password verification failed
Connection failed.

      Upgrading svnkit jar to the latest version 1.3.7 helped in resolving the problem.
